lowely S&T guy needs some damn clients!
Just got my start in S&T on the mortgage desk. I work for a boutique, more or less, and am responsible for finding my own clients and doing own research. What databases, subscription websites etc. would be useful. We have been using emaxx, but the firm database isn't as large as they would like you to believe, and almost all the clients are taken. Also, whats a good place to look for portfolios. This is critical considering I don't want to really waste time w/ firms under 250mm in abs/mbs, mainly bc they don't use too many dif brokers. Any info is greatly apprec. Why did God invent analysts? - He needed someway to make weathermen look smart- baahaaahaah
