Just got an offer for Macquarie Commodities Sales and Trading in Houston, anyone know how the group is like? Particularly the culture and work life balance. Reddit and Glassdoor says they are terrible but an old thread here says Macquarie in general has a good culture and wlb. Also any other thoughts on Macquarie's commodities S&T group are appreciated.
