Mandatory Training - late completion affects bonus?
Hi - long-time lurker zero-time poster here. Anyone have experience of late submission of mandatory training affecting bonus? Stupidly completed a day late and now feeling stupid if I get a bonus cut. Work in a FO structuring role.
Anyone know of someone experiencing this?
I highly doubt completing a training a day late would materially affect your bonus. If that's truly the straw that broke the camel's back on your bonus, you probably have bigger issues at play.
If i was your boss i would reduce your bonus by 1k just for being lazy
Ha cheers well doesn't sound too bad tbh... guess will see how it goes. Moving teams internally between now and bonus time anyway so hopefully all will be forgotten...
