Masters in ML, or S&T now

I basically have a really good offer in like a Fintech position for a big bank. The hours are great and I’ll be west coast so I wrap my day up at 2 or 3. I’ve been thinking about taking this and doing a master in ML at nights and weekends. However this bank also has a couple pivot opportunities in S&T that I could try at. The more I think about it though, the more I might rather try and be a quant not a desk person. Anyone want to weight on the pros and cons.

Also want to state that I’m incredibly happy with my cure offer. Job is super great its just a little mentally lax at times and I’ve always dreamed of S&T. But hey, I’m 22 so wtf do Ik lol.
