MM HF Trading Recruitment
Currently working at a BB where I am in equities trading. I am looking to make the move to the buy side in a trading role.
I am speaking with some of the classic MM HFs who are always hiring traders. Does anyone have advice for interviewing for these kind of trading roles? Additionally any thoughts on best HFs to pivot to a trading role would be appreciated.
