Morgan Stanley: 2023 Institutional Securities Quantitative Summer Program (New York)

Has anyone that applied to this heard anything yet? I had a first-round interview for this position about 2-3 weeks ago and was told afterward that I would know whether or not I made it to a final round "within the next several weeks". I was also told that I would be notified if I was rejected and that MS doesn't ghost people. Has anyone been invited to a final round yet?

How technical was the first-round interview? Also, did they send you a hackerrank? Haven't heard anything about this position and I'm curious.

For the math, it was a lot of probability/statistics (typical quant stuff that's not overly hard, but definitely not super easy when you're trying to walk someone through your thought process while nervous on the phone). As far as technicals, it was pretty broad in all honesty. The person that interviewed me kept asking harder and harder questions until it got to the point where they were like "Just so you know, I don't expect you to know the answers to these anymore, but I'm going to keep asking stuff until you get something wrong."

Obviously, I'm not going to give you the exact questions that I was asked because I went into it blind and don't want everyone who interviews after me to have a substantial advantage since we're competing for the same role.
