wasnt there an article a few months back indicating MS was cutting back on humas and going electronic for FI?

what are MS's best fixed income desks? I know their FI got hurt badly in 08-09 and is looking to recover. Just curious about which desks have continually done well.

@derivstrading --- very true. I guess I have just read a few articles in which MS was specifically mentioned, which doesn't necessarily mean anything.
Would appreciate hearing your opinion on their FI strengths if you have any info about that. thanks.
