Morgan Stanley - Salary/Bonus?

Anyone have any insight into the Bank Resource Management role at MS? Looks to be in the securities lending area but I can't really find much information on it other than that.

Anyone know what a first year analyst can expect for salary/bonus?

Thanks.

It falls within S&T. Base is comparable to S&T, 70. 10 for signing, year-end bonus seems to be a multiple about .5-.75 of pre-PNL S&T roles.

There are three distinctions, you are right in that the equity side largely manages securities lending, whereas the fixed income side manages repo trading. There is also a portfolio management role that mimics something of a prime brokerage oversight sort of role. In essence, BRM is the way Morgan Stanley synthesizes its counterparty exposure from all activities of the firm; it's very holistic, and to be frank, I'm surprised no other bank has done something similar yet.

I did some easy Google work and got this: http://tinyurl.com/88kamrh

I am permanently behind on PMs, it's not personal.
