Morgan Stanley Sales & Trading Online Competition

I got in the Morgan Stanley Sales & Trading Insight 2020, it also brands itself as an "Online Competition" that participants will play the roles within sales and trading and the role of a hedge fund portfolio manager. Top performers will be fast-tracked in Morgan Stanley’s upcoming internship applications

However, the event is a 3-hour Zoom meeting, I am quite confused about what exactly do I need to do. Would there be a portal for trading simulation and the performance is measured by how much money you earned?

The only thing that I know I can do to prep the competition is to read up on Financial Times Market section, I think I do need to prepare quite a lot since I'm not a finance major?

May I know how exactly should I prepare for the event with a hope to be the top performers? My short-term career goal is to be a summer intern in JP Morgan next year and get return offer for the JP Morgan Analyst graduation job.
