Background: senior at an Ivy League school, 3.8 GPA. Received FT offer for a strong S&T BB desk but realized I want to do IB due to career reasons. Completely missed IB FT recruitment because of late realization. Any advice on whether it is possible to make a transition from FT S&T to IB and how I can do that. (internal move seems improbable here)
