Nabbing London S&T from U.S. for Next Summer

As the subject states, I would like to work in S&T at a BB in London for my junior summer. I got good experience this summer stateside and want to move on to something else.

I don't remember there being ANY options from BB's at On Campus Recruiting to work in London. We were given options to work in Asia, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York...but not Europe.

If I express interest in interview process, will BB's be receptive to me working in London?

Is there a separate European process? If so, when does it start?

I've already started smiling and dialing, but secretaries and HR are generally unhelpful. Anyone know a good resources containing London S&T contact information?

Thanks in advance!

You have an unbelievably highly qualified pool of applicants applying to S&T in London. Coming from the top engineering programs across Europe, derivatives desks are flooded with French engineers from Plytechniques and what not. It's just a pain in the arse to get a US applicant onboard. Visa etc... It can be done, but good luck w/ that.

There is not a single American in my analyst class, apart from the ones doing the training with us, but they will be working in Hong Kong after training.

Just my two cents.

Remember, you will always be a salesman, no matter how fancy your title is. - My ex girlfriend
