Need help choosing an offer!!!!!!!!

Hi Guys,

I have 3 offers for the summer and could use all the help I can get with deciding on one. The offers are:

Global Capital Markets with Bank of America Merrill Lynch

Sales & Trading with Barclays Capital

Products Group within Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney

How would you rank one company against another and then also how would you rank each position? Ideally, I would like to pick the stronger company since I could potentially be offered a full time position. Also, can you suggest any good questions besides the obvious ones to ask each company to make the selection process any easier?

Thanks!

I have a friend who did the Smith Barney internship and really enjoyed it. She accepted a full time offer from them. These are three very different positions and I don't think any one is arbitrarily better. What do you want to do full time?

Sales and Trading at Barcap is the best way to go. Think of it like this: when you are done with school at the very least you will have FO experience on your resume. Sales and trading is the most sought after area of a bank and if you are not offered a FT gig after school, this choice will ensure that you stay in FO in your next role. Also, Barcap is a bank that is growing (look at hiring in 09) where Bofa is not. I also like European banks over American ones... just my 2 cents.
