Netflix's Bond Raising

Netflix recently borrowed 1.5 billion dollars to expand its original movie and tv shows collection. They have had beat their expected subscriber count this past quarter, which has given them more money for their budget. Although Netflix’s stock has rallied more than 50 per cent this year, its B1 rating from Moody’s and B-plus opinion from S&P Global put it squarely in junk territory.

Netflix has had strong growth of the past and is continuing to do so. Do you guys believe it should have a rating when it comes to their bonds or is it to early for them to have a higher rating?
