Networking Call - Length during Market Hours

I’m recruiting for FT 2026 for S&T position and a I had a call with a director at a BB. It seemed like he was busy during market hours so I made the call shorter than I usually talk for. It was a little less than 15 mins. What is a timeframe I should be shooting for in these calls?
