Tell me something I don't know
This article taught me nothing. pointless unless you have zero knowledge of the energy industry.
Is the IMF full of commodity analysts writing research reports to help hedgers, investors and speculates capitalize on commodity market movements? Or are they full of economic analysts writing research reports to shed light on the details of economic development problems (in this case oil shocks aren't as detrimental to gdp as you might expect)? make no mistake, relevant actionable research still costs $$.
