Newbie options market maker

I will be starting to work in Mako as a graduate trader this September in London. As you can see, I have 4 months till the program starts so I would like to get some practical skills as well as theoretical skills in this area. What resources would you advise to prepare for my program (I am currently reading Nathanberg’s Option Pricing).

Additionally, what kind of strategies or approaches should I have while trading i initially. In one of the posts, it was advised a graduate trader should start trading only one contract. Do you have any suggestions?

I am sorry my question is very general as my knowledge of options and trading is rather theoretical and so I can’t ask specific questions. But any suggestion would help in my case!
