Nomura Global Markets Info?
Recently accepted 2027 SA offer, and had some questions about what the best desks are currently, how the return rate is (i've heard around 50% but wants to see if anyone has heard otherwise), what kind of work interns do (and how the rotations look), and generally how people have found the culture. Still super early ofc but also wondering what kind of exits people at Nomura do and what desks they came from if anyone has insights on that. Lots of questions but would appreciate any help
