For the people that already did their superdays for Nomura Global Markets, how long did it take to hear back? And, would you get a call if you're rejected or were they quick to reject you for anyone who were rejected.

Last year it was between 1 and two weeks before i got the email i was rejected

I heard back the Monday after and got an additional round 2 days later, heard back 2 hrs after that interview.

Got my offer call 8 days after Superday. It definitely varies, so don't stress if it's been a couple of days and you haven't heard back yet. Good luck!

Had my SPD about 3 weeks ago, got the offer call two days later, but timing can vary a lot as far as I know.
