Have been approached by my firm to move from NYC -> London to open a London office for the Sales & Marketing team of an asset manager. Current salary in the range of 1st Year Associate BB IBD - what type of relocation package is customary in this type of scenario? What type of standard of living adjustment should be factored in for NYC to London moves? Any resources, comments or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
