I've been working in operations at a sell-side bank for the past two years, and I'm eager to transition into sales and trading. I'm genuinely passionate about this move and exploring all possible avenues to make it happen. I'm thinking of reapplying to the graduate scheme (not sure if i can still apply as i graduated two years ago)or pursuing a lateral hire would be the better approach (but i don’t feel i have enough skills and experience). Is there any advise WSO forum can give for people trying to make the move happen? Thanks!
