I have an AC for their grad trading programme.
From the reviews on glassdoor, it seems like the culture for juniors/grad is very bad (may be an understatement).
What are people's view on Dare and junior progression?
Can one leave after 12-18 months on one of their desks to a HF or any other commodity shops?

At least in Europe, they are a joke, scalp min lot size multiple time a day, arb implied markets on gas and power, prob spend 50k in bro and clearing fees to make 10k pnl, won't be around for too long.
