opinions on IMC (2022)

Been looking at quant firms, and I was curious about IMC (for a QT/QR role). How does it stack up to the rest of the quant trading companies in terms of: 1) prestige and recognizability (and by that, I mean how well-regarded its traders are in the industry, not whether some layperson would know what it is) 2) new grad comp, as well as TC progression in relation to other companies 3) nature of work (I heard they're into a wide variety of asset classes) 4) culture
