Phone Interview with BB Capital Markets Division

Hi,

Used a service of a third party recruiting agency in the UK, ended up getting a phone interview with MD of BB capital markets.
It's an internship and my job will be middle office, trading desk support, has anyone done similar jobs or had similar interviews? anyone know what questions they might ask (more technical or more soft skills, etc)
any tips would be great

For the Interview:

-Stress your attention to detail and speed -Ability to work in a team environment -Excel abilities (if you have them)

If you get the job:

-Learn any obscure software they may have -Become a wiz on the Bloomberg Terminal or whatever data terminal they use -Network like crazy and talk with the Sales and Trading people to position yourself later
