Post-MBA Trading Compensation?
What's the compensation like in sell-side trading (or sales/trading) for post-MBA employees? I'm hearing as low as $140 1st year, ~$220 2nd year, and then sky's-the-limit 3rd year. Is this accurate?
I assume your numbers include a bonus? Otherwise, I think first year base is $95.
