Programming vs Math. Which should come first?

So I'm a full time prop trader at a market making firm and I've been looking to expand my knowledge. I have a basic understanding of programming and a pretty solid grasp on math but I'm no quant. Really, I want to expand my horizon as a trader and want to ask you all if you think learning in depth programming should come first or focus on increasing my quantative math skills? We have developers at our firm but this is for my own personal sake to give myself an edge in this industry.
