Prop Trading Base Comps?

Saw a thread on S&T base comps and know this sub-thread also covers a few things about prop trading. What are the typical comps for entry/junior/graduate traders at prop shops like Optiver/Flow/IMC/Akuna/DRW etc?

I believe I heard for Optiver it was 150/50/50? That may have been for SWE though and not Graduate Trader or maybe it was for Graduate Trader with Offers from competitors. Does anyone have more insight on some of these Total Comps for Prop shops?

SIG: 150k base, 250k tc

Jane Street: 200 base, 425 tc standard

HRT algo dev starts at 375k tc, 175k base

Citsec: 150k base tc between 300k-500k w median probably in the mid 300s

IMC: 150k base tc 250k to 350k w negotiation

Optiver: 150k base, about 320k to 350k tc depending on the marble

Five Rings: 375k w 175k base. Might be higher this year

These are all much higher than reality. For reference, 95th percentile for citsec 1st year is ~450k. Five rinks TC is closer to 250k for 1st years all in.

Not sure if you're referencing offers from years long ago.

All of these numbers that I can confirm are actually completely accurate. I actually know of a ~$450k data point for Five Rings trader new grad. They start devs at $300k so it would be ridiculous for a trader to get $250k. The industry is undergoing somewhat rapid change and compensation has altered to reflect that.
