Hi,
I'm studying finance, and I am at my second year of my bachelor. I work part-time in sales and trading, with equity trading.
I applied for a summer internship next year 2020, in the same bank I work at. I got to the second round, where I got three test (kind of an IQ test), and it went bad, the results said that these types of problems are harder for me to solve. Today I got an email which said "We regret to inform you that you did not advance at this time, and will not be considered further in the recruitment process".
I wish to apply next year as well, how can I be a more qualified next year? What should I work on?
