Unfortunately the selection part is already done at the Big 3. They don't want to waste their time with failed IB recruiters.
This is completely false.
No it isn't. I optimized my target school resume to a 98 on Vmock. Then I used a Python algorithm to mass email everyone, literally everyone, at the bulges with "sales" or "trading" scraped from their LinkedIn profiles. Second round of emails went out this AM. So far 4 People wrote back saying they were done/not interested.
