is SAC or Citadel hard to get into? i think this is one of those, if you have to ask....
but yes they are hard to get into. Fidelity isn't in the same league as the other 2 though. Citadel makes you survive a 2 year training program before you get to be considered for a full time position.
I know people who went to all of the above and turned down GS to go to there. A couple of people I work with in the top BBs are banging doors to get into any of the 3 so if you can get it take it.
I think Fidelity has a 2 year training program too. it's different (not necassarily different league but just different) than SAC and Citadel but still the same prestige
