Series 7&63 and SIE

So I’m starting a new FI sales jobs and I need to pass my exams within 6 months. I don’t come from a traditional finance background and am not a great test taker so was wondering if anyone has advice to passing these exams. How long will I need to study for and how did you all do on your first try? What parts of the exams are most difficult?

I’d say 2 weeks for SIE, 3 for 7, 1 for 63. SIE studying overlaps with 7 topics so it’s not as bad. The tests are just rites of passage, they’re not made for you to fail them if you put in the time. You’ll be fine, I majored in Math in college and I didn’t find them difficult. Good luck

Cheers
