Should I accept this offer (and when to tell my manager)?

I'm at one of TD/CIBC/BMO/Scotia and got a SA offer for RBC next summer.

  1. In terms of opps, comp, work, etc., is there a big difference between RBC and the other banks?

  2. It's an exploding offer.  Should I tell my manager before I accept it (is there any room to leverage this for a group at my current bank I wouldn't mind being at next summer?), or accept it and notify him later this summer?
