ThinkorSwim has the best overall platform for a demo account. The only problem is that the chart data is real time, but the dashboard and trade quotes are 20 minutes delayed. However, your trades are executed off the real time prices so keep that in mind. Your P/L however is calculated off the delayed prices and so if trading you have to be calculating your P/L (which I actuallly like).
If you fund the acct you can use the demo version with no delay.
It is also mac friendly, which was a plus as for a while I had one.
