Smart questions to ask traders/salespeople on different desks?

Hey everyone, s&t SA at a BB here, the networking part of the internship is coming into full swing so I was wondering if people could share some tips on what kind of questions to ask full time bankers? Specifically Im more interested in the macro desks (both fx, rates) but anything is fine really. (Ideally with an apac focus too, but I guess the questions should be largely similar across geographies)

Thanks!
