S&T 2024 FT Recruitment Timeline

I was wondering when the FT S&T recruitment process begins for BBs as well as what it typically looks like leading into the SD? Is it too early to start networking with people who work in S&T at the firms I'm interested in?

You can always start networking with the firms you're interested in, and I think starting early gives you an advantage. In terms of recruiting timelines, speaking of banks specifically, they post their FT applications around early July but they wait until they know their yield from the SA programs before they give out offers. Basically for you, I would think that you would see the applications open around 4th of July 2023, and have first round interviews in early August once they have an idea on what spots will be taken by SA->FT conversions. I'll let someone else comment on what it looks like going into the SD as I went from SA->FT so not familiar with that portion.
