If anyone is going through or knows someone who is going through the FT S&T analyst program at any of the following banks, I'm curious which ones are 1) rotational programs (if yes, how is it structured), versus 2) just placed directly on a desk.
Citi - Two one year rotations, you can choose any specific desk in either FICC or Equities or both, sales and/or trading for both Credit Suisse - Placed directly on a desk JPM - ? UBS - ? GS - ? MS - ? BAML - ? Barcap - ? Deutsche - ?
Deutsche Bank---rotation for the standard program... but it is possible to be an undergrad analyst on a permanent desk
