S&T at a BB or Power Risk Analyst at a super major

Would really like advice on this. My summer 25 internship options are S&T commodity desk or a power risk analyst at a super major. Both are amazing options, but I really don’t know where I should go here. My career end goal is to work at a hedge fund or as a nat gas / power trader elsewhere. Any advice is appreciated.

I'd go for the S&T commodity desk more so if a MS/GS/Macquarie type shop. Power Risk Analyst can be a multitude of things some of which are pretty menial and boring. You'll get a better feel for trading being on the desk especially at one of the above mentioned banks vs a risk analyst at a major, especially for an internship. The bank will be much more structured vs what you're likely to get in risk at a major and you'll be working with/sitting next to actual traders.
