S&T Bonus Numbers
Does anyone know what the most recent bonuses looked like in S&T, perhaps specifically FICC?
Materialistic Question: I have an S&T SA gig at a top bank for this summer (GS/JPM). Not sure what desk in FICC i will be in. If i get the FT, is there any chance i break 100k all-in-comp in year 1? EDIT: Talking about before taxes.
Before or after tax ? Lol.
before
dont work at one of those banks, but yea i think pretty good probability
Highly likely no.
Year 1 as in, stub bonus for half year? 100k? Ha. No.
Well if you have a base of 70 + 10 signing bonus that's 80. Add the stub, which correct me if I am wrong 10-20k then he will be right up around if not pushing 100k
Banks give 20k stub these days? It was pretty uncommon last year...
If you're asking this question, then no, you probably won't... Just my Z$2c...
10k signing is also unlikely for s&t. Friends only got 5k
^What bank is that? Know people starting in a decent number of banks, from BB to smaller banks and its 10k at all of them.
On annualized figure, you will be there. On what you actually get paid (bonus being stub) over your 1st year, no. In London annualized total comp for 1st year is ~70-75k£
