S&T Exit Opportunities?

Hi fellow monkeys, looking for advice on unconventional exit opportunities for those formerly in S&T.

For background I have about 4.5 years of experience. Was in talks to move products and roles internally due to interest, longer hours currently burning me out, little ability to advance within my team and troubled team dynamics. But a week ago my boss found out and was pissed, shut down the transfer, and said calls would be made across the street warning other groups not to hire me. Others at my firm have successfully moved internally which is why I thought this made sense to try. 

After this experience I am looking to exit the industry entirely as soon as I can. Further reflection has made me realize this is not an environment I want to be in and I entered the industry for the wrong reasons.

Unfortunately, my product is pretty specific and doesn't give me a ton of portable skills. Also don't have a tech backgound/degree and 100% not interested in an MBA. Any ideas/advice on exit opportunities or other paths?
