Is it just me or does it appear to be impossible to land a job in S&T at a Bank/Firm without completing a summer internship there first? If you know of any full-time Sales & Trading programs, please let me know. Otherwise, I'm considering taking the GMAT and going to a MFin/MQF program to get another summer internship shot at a Citi/BofAML/GS/JPM rotation S&T program.
