S&T Internship Preparation

I’ve got a summer internship in S&T and would like some advice on how to prepare in advance given I’m an engineering student and don’t have much financial experience and technical knowledge. Beyond just general commercial awareness, what would you advise I do? Are there any books (or other learning methods) you would recommend I read? Thanks in advance.
