S&T Interview with MD referral

I have been lucky enough to be referred by an MD at Morgan Stanley for an Associate position in trading. First interview is next week, with the MD of the job in question. (I believe it is a one-on-one)

Anyone had a similar situation and knows what the interview process/structure should look like? (how many interviews, behavioral first, or skip this part since HR are not involved etc.)

Gracias amigos

For the MD interview i'd assume it would be more heavily behavioral and fit based rather than technical, at least that's usually how it seems to go in banking

This actually reminds me of when i finally got the opportunity to interview for a trading role at an IB. I got the call on a Friday afternoon for the interview on Monday. I spent about 16 hours per day from friday until monday studying everything about the specific product i could, then i got into the interview and it was all useless haha. The entire interview was about me, my personality, and whether i'd be a good fit on their desk. I certainly don't regret over preparing though, i'd always prefer to be over prepared than underprepared.
