S&T MD payout

Currently in compliance at small lmm shop, that does market making for preferred/ converts. they do about $2-3mn in revenue a year. I have gotten close with the md and has told me I will be joining the team in the near future. The team consists of 4 people including the md. I know its hard to have any way of knowing. Was just wondering what how much of that 2-3mn he keeps and how much of base a typical md would get at a small lmm.
