S&T MD reached out for Coffee Chat to "get to know me better". How to prepare?

I've applied to several IB postings at firm in the past year but not S&T. I haven't heard of an MD reaching out for a coffee chat and I have no related connections at the bank. I have zero experience working at banks, closest would be in credit as a student. I will say my other experience is quite unique (think high-level team sport) which is likely what stood out. How do I approach this and what to expect in this chat. Any insight into what this means or tips for the chat would be appreciated.

My biggest advice from coffee chats I’ve had is be conversational. Like another comment said do some light research into the MD and ask follow up questions to what he says so the conversation flows. If you have experience in sports I’d try and steer the conversation towards sports if they’re into them so you kind of have home field advantage. Also a good story never hurts
