S&T Mock Interview Partners (SA/FT)

To everyone gunning for an S&T role, whether SA or FT. Saw the thread for IB and GCM, thought I'd make one for S&T too.

IMO, S&T interviews are less rigid compared to IB, in the sense that the interview is what you make of it, you can lead the conversation towards something you know deeply, but this requires skills and practice, so hoping that the buddy system can help us all better prepare and motivate each other.

PM me or leave a comment and maybe we can get a group going. Good luck!

For those who are practicing, here is a link to a guide with some technical questions (and a few behaviorals): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sr1rodO6X8hCdTaT81V_lbCkbdT_Fvdk/view?…</a">S&T 2011 Guide

The questions are much more technical than you would ever likely get, but sections 1 - Intro to S&T and Market Making , 7 - Bonds, 11 - Constructing a Trade Idea, 12 - Behaviorals, 13 - Mental Math Tips, and 15 - Market Awareness Checklist are still incredibly relevant and useful.

Definitely expect to get market, mental math, brainteaser, and behavioral questions.
