quick question. what is the average % of P&L that converts to bonus? I have heard ranges for BB S&T between 5% and 25%. a level and % would be good. I will update the list as it populates.
for example: Ao produces $1 mill net at 12.5% would get a $125k bonus that year VP produces $2.5 mill net at 15% would get a $375k bonus that year
