S&T pay variation by geography?
How much does sell-side S&T pay vary by geography for the BBs? Does NYC have significantly higher comp (if at all) compared to the other cities?

HK highest, followed by Singapore and NY/rest of US (Singapore higher post tax, same pay pretax), followed by London, then the rest. Not sure how the rest compare to each other
this is true for juniors - mid level, but at the top levels, the highest paid traders are always in NYC or London.
Don’t know about other countries. But in US, I’ve seen SF NY Houston Chicago, and so far all I’ve seen are consistently the same salary so ig no geography variation here?
Bonus has more to do with the desk than the cities from what I’ve seen.
