S&T Program Interview Assistance

There are a handful of questions that are commonly asked during ibanking interviews; most of us know them and have the appropriate yet truthful responses. The answers to these questions differ depending on which section of ibanking you are looking to join and since I'm posting in the traders section, I am clearly looking for this segment. Further, I am by no means looking for a cut and paste of the wonderfully cookie cutter answer as that is hardly personal(read: please don't respond if you answer is "Well man, do whatever is honest about you" et cetera) as I care to more hear what interviewers are inclined to like and then be able to adapt the said response.

I would care to know what are strong ways to phrase the answer to the questions:

  1. What is your largest weakness?
  2. You worked in Asset Management before, were you good or excellent?
  3. Why Fixed Income and not Commods or Equity?

Thank you.
