S&T Roles Post-MBA

i will start this off by saying I realize that an MBA is not the normal path for S&T, but it does happen. I am just curious what type of roles people are getting. Are they purely getting sales roles or are some getting trading or structuring? Especially curious coming from schools with focused asset management programs like UVA and Cornell.
