S&T SA - Placement Process/Networking Routine?
Hi everyone. Just signed for a '26 rotational S&T offer at GS/MS. I understand the placement process for these banks is usually right before/during the internship. Is it the norm for incoming interns to reach out to desks they want before the internship starts? If so, when? Was thinking probably around Jan-Feb based on what I've heard from IB but would love to hear your guys' opinions.
