S&T salary progression in Europe (London, Paris, Frankfurt)
Hello!
Is anyone willing to share the salary progression in the markets division of major investment banks?
Base and bonus, is there a big difference between European and US banks?
Following
Salary range (start of corp grade/end of corp grade + bonus range) in S&T at BBs in London:
AN : £50/70k + £15/50k
AS : £70/120k + £50/120k
VP/D : £150/300k + £100/300k

What about MD level?
Dispersion is huge for MDs. Depends on the desk, seniority, pnl, politics ... Salaries a pretty standard for analysts and associates. Above that the range is wide.
